Local, seasonal, hand-crafted

Join us for farm-driven fare, fresh pasta, unconventional wines, community and conviviality

Brick Hall serves righteous food and drink in a beautifully restored historic church, in the heart of Oregon wine country.

In a former brick church built in 1886, on a lushly wooded town square in downtown Dayton, Oregon, you will discover a charming dining room with lofty windows, warm woods and soaring ceilings, serving seasonal fare that is uncompromisingly sourced and lovingly handmade.

Building Community

Meals at Brick Hall are meant to be shared. Whether you stop in for a quick bite in our leafy courtyard or a leisurely feast with loved ones in our light-filled dining room, you’ll join us in building a gathering place that deepens our connection to this vibrant community, and the people pushing it into the future.

Seasonal Fare

Our modern chef’s tasting menu changes monthly, but you can always expect five dynamic courses of handcrafted fare that draw inspiration from the ever-changing seasons. Guests at our table will enjoy a bounty of chef’s welcome snacks, inspired vegetable preparations sourced from farms down the road, handmade pasta, pastured local meats and fresh seafare.
